Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

⛺ Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sunscreen (opened or used products)
  • Mattresses (unless defective)

How to Return Your Gear

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact our Adventure Squad within 15 days of delivery:

Step 2: Package Your Items

Securely pack your return using the original packaging when possible. Include:

  • All original contents
  • Packing slip or order confirmation
  • Reason for return note

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We’ll provide return shipping instructions based on your location. Note:

  • Standard Returns: Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective
  • Defective Items: We’ll provide a prepaid return label

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timeline:
    • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Specify your desired replacement item in your return request
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
  4. Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

🌍 International Returns Note:

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Processing may take additional time

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damage/defect
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately
