What shipping options are available?
We offer two shipping methods to get your adventure gear to you:
🚀 Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving in 10-15 business days after processing (1-2 business days). Perfect for when you need gear quickly!
🐢 Free Economy Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, arriving in 15-25 business days after processing. Great for non-urgent purchases!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally to most regions, excluding select remote areas in Asia. Our trusted carriers (DHL, FedEx, and EMS) ensure your gear arrives safely wherever your adventures take you.
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. During peak seasons (like summer camping months), processing may occasionally take up to 3 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes! We provide transparent tracking from carrier to campsite. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships, with real-time updates on its journey to you.
I need my gear urgently – what are my options?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% thrilled with your gear. If something isn’t right, you have 15 days after delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Pro Tip: Keep all packaging until you’re sure you’re keeping the item – we can’t process returns without original packaging!
How do I initiate a return?

How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns and new orders rather than direct exchanges. This ensures you get your replacement gear as quickly as possible. Simply return the original item (following our return policy) and place a new order for the item you want.
